Change orders

Construction Communicator helps you quickly and easily manage change orders. Here's how.

The contractor submits a proposed change order (PCO) using a familiar form in the online construction project management system.

Construction Communicator's PCO form, a basic element of contract administration

The architect reviews the PCO and sends her recommendation to the developer online. The architect or developer return the decision to the contractor online.

Automatic emails also notify all the parties that an item needing their attention has been posted online.

The information is automatically date stamped and logged. All authorized users see identical information. Users can easily toggle between the summary log and individual screens to view detailed information.

Other construction documents, including RFIs and submittals, can also be submitted and tracked online.
