ASIs

Construction Communicator helps you quickly and easily manage ASIs. Here's how.

The architect submits an ASI using an online form that mimics the "look and feel" of traditional forms. An automatic email notifies the contractor that the ASI has been posted online.

Construction Communicator's ASI form, a basic element of contract administration

The contractor responds online. The information is date stamped, logged and displayed in a graphical calendar, all automatically.

All authorized users see identical information. Users can easily toggle between the summary log/calendar information and individual screens to view detailed information.

The process can take as little as a few minutes. Using traditional methods, this type of communication often took anything from a day to several weeks.

Other construction documents, including submittals, RFIs and Change Orders, can also be submitted and tracked online.
